It depends on the project scope. Marketing sites typically take 1-2 weeks, service websites 2-3 weeks, custom systems 4-6 weeks, and full web applications 6-12 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline during our discovery call.
Our prices include design, development, testing, deployment, and a period of free support (1-6 months depending on the package). We also provide documentation and training. Domain and hosting costs are separate but we can help you set those up.
Yes! We typically split payments into milestones: 50% upfront to start, 50% upon completion. For larger projects, we can discuss a 3-4 payment schedule. We accept bank transfers, GCash, and Maya.
Minor changes during the free support period are included. After that, you can sign up for a monthly maintenance package (₱3k-10k/mo) or request changes on an hourly basis. We're also happy to train you or your team to make simple updates yourselves.
Yes. Once the project is completed and paid for, everything we create is yours. That includes the code, designs, and content. There’s no vendor lock-in and no hidden licensing fees.
You’re free to maintain it yourself or work with someone else in the future. We’re always happy to continue supporting it, but the choice is yours.
Yes! We can recommend reliable, affordable hosting providers and help you set up your domain. We typically recommend providers like Hostinger or DigitalOcean depending on your needs. These costs are separate from our development fees and paid directly to the provider.
We build in revision rounds at each milestone so you can review things before we move forward. This helps us stay aligned and catch issues early.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll work with you to fix it. Our goal is long-term relationships and referrals, not delivering work you’re unhappy with.
Yes. We work remotely and regularly collaborate with international clients. We’re comfortable working across time zones and usually communicate asynchronously through email, Messenger, or your preferred platform.
For payments, we accept Wise, GCash (which supports international payments), and UnionBank for international transfers.
